Copies received free don’t count towards review scores anymore. That’s why the encouragement to buy is there. Review and promo copies won’t help your score on steam.

The original game was LITERALLY the town and a 16 floor dungeon. So it’s as close as you’re gonna get to a reproduction without releasing a remastered edition.
