I thought the film was a solid A- probably one of the first of the MCU that I wouldn’t mind seeing a second time very soon after first viewing. My only slight niggle is that while the banter style of dialog worked for everyone else, it didn’t sit well with Hela’s character. Other than that, it was pretty great.

Unlikely. I’m still laughing about it a few days after seeing it.

still disagree with that review. its one of the better movies in the marvel universe and one that holds up after time

I watched the first season of this show and then completely lost interest. Out of curiosity, I brought up the Wikipedia entry just now, to see what I’d missed out on. Whoa — there’s an actress named Pollyanna McIntosh? Maybe I’ll find something else of hers to watch.

Instead of just piling on Harvey, why won’t they also expose the untold numbers of other predators? Shake that tree.

I am really loving the duo of Ford & Gosling, I’d love to see some kind of comedy with them both.

I should say up front that I’m maybe one of the few that loved (or liked a lot) The Nice Guys, so swapping out Crowe with Ford could be fun.

Take Looper off, insert The Iron Giant

He gave his life to stop us from nuking ourselves and you don’t even have the common decency to put him on this list!

AI? In the top ten? Really?

He didn’t help build the fucking railroads, what the fuck are you talking about?

I was also having a weird problem earlier with being unable to post. Then somehow, I am now “following” myself. This could be the beginning of a new Stephen King book.

You guys know that no one can see the comments on the Avatar article right? Cuz the comment section appears to have broken on that article.

Willow is generally seen as one of his lesser films. I thought Frost-Nixon was quite good. While Howard is undeniably mainstream, equating him to Ratner is ridiculous.

It would be funny if the Kessel Run turns out to be the defining moment for a long stretch of Han Solo’s life; the equivalent to “four touchdowns in a single game” to Al Bundy.

Albeit a stuck-up, half-witted one.

And why he was so stuck up and scruffy looking.

I always avoided Kimmel as an irritatingly frat-boy dude-dude kinda host who isn’t very funny, but his feistiness on this issue is giving me a smile this evening.

I am one of millions who was first able to afford insurance after the ACA was implemented — it’s certainly not free nor even reasonable, it’s $800/month per

Disagree. The Root has always been straight forward. The article speaks the truth. And sometimes that truth hurts. We gotta do better for all of us for all of us to do better.

Why is talking about the reality of what Black women face anti-Black male? We are always told we’re being divisive when we talk about what’s going on. It’s a great way to silence us and nothing has to change. This has nothing to do with white people and what they want.
