    $35 large for this? Nope.

There are many things that could be done in the universe, the question is always whether we _should_ do them.  This is clearly in the category of “should not”.

$7500 for rough looking B210? Is the guy nuts?

Unless you’re living north of the Arctic circle in the dead of winter, there’s virtually no reason to keep your car running while refuelling.

It’s still a bad idea made real.

Just No. Don’t even think about it.

This is a show / parade car. Enjoy it for what it is. If you live somewhere where the odd parade, or slow cruise down main street is a thing, buy it and have a little bit of fun in the sun.

What would be the purpose in you buying the Lexus? It seems decidedly off your normal choices in cars.

Yikes - the front clip on that thing is beyond ugly.

Chrysler has long been a brand without a sense of focus. It got badly muddied coming out of the 80s K-platform era, and really never fully recovered. In the 90s, why would you buy a Chrysler 300 when the Dodge Intrepid was essentially the same car? ... and peddling a tarted up Caravan as a “luxury” minivan - ugh.

“Misfire in one cylinder” ... sure pal. That could be anything from a fouled spark plug to the rings are shot through. The engine rebuild or replacement alone is more than the car is worth.  If I had another TC and I was looking few a parts donor to keep mine running, perhaps, but otherwise this thing is due for

ND - It’s a 30+ year old car, and while these are a decent 4x4, it’s still 31 years old, and things like wiring and engine seals get real dodgy after a certain point.

Let’s see - passenger side window is either down, or missing; back window is missing; and there are no plates.

This thing reeks of “driven hard, put away wet” at every turn.

The Thunderbird was a lux0-coupe - it was meant for your grandfather to enjoy driving to the golf course. If you wanted “tossable”, plan on doing some significant suspension upgrades to get any kind of feedback.

How unsurprising. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if there are a bunch more issues that he isn’t talking about.

    Hard ND for me.

Timelines that change upwards of 2+ years into the future always indicate major development problems are emerging. Tesla’s language is classic “corporate-speak” for “we found problems that are really hard to solve, but we don’t want to talk about specifics”.

The video says 10 knots in the water ...

This is why “the disruptor” mentality drives me batty. This ignores so many fundamental principles of human interaction that it’s not even funny. We already have problems with a lack of tactile feedback on things like the radio / infotainment screens as it is.
