Kevin, I just stumbled across your article. (better very late than never?) Sipgate.com redirected me to Sipgate.de which displays only in German now. It requires an address in Germany. A piece of mail will be sent to that address with a confirmation code in it. I’m hoping my friends agree to open that snail mail…
