I do this, but not because I don’t feel like going in the first place. I’m a major introvert, so if there are more than six or so people, I get exhausted. So I always arrive early to hang out with the few others that also arrive early, and then once it gets more crowded, I start to say my goodbyes.

I’ve tried for years to get in the 170-180 range but consistently fall back to the low 160's. But there is a world of difference from when I was in the 130's in how I feel during and after a run.
