If you thought that it is reasonable for this car to exist.. it is still priced too high for a 10 year old car with 102K miles. Cut the price in half, I’ll pick it up.

For the record, the door that does not close can be adjusted easily by the hinged or the frame, the banister could be a simple fix as well, depending if the attachment to the wall of floor is the problem.
