I don’t think you get an un-used car when you swap out your ride. They probably keep the car in circulation with the other people on the program so you may be picking up the XC60 that someone else just dropped off... and after 12-18 months and they send them on their way to CPO land ...

You forget.. If you did not file your taxes, you probably need to file State income taxes also.

I don’t see how a buyer wanting to 1) talk to you on the phone 2) wants to test drive the car are red flags for a scam. Sounds like they want to make sure that YOU are legit...
