There are usually some pretty smart people in any industry that know a good thing when they see it. Take CD Projekt Red for instance, and even Rockstar, that realize their single player masterpieces will make them rich and fulfilled.

I’ve played about 8-9 hours so far and this is so much fun, the customization is great and rewarding, and I’ve never felt more like a Jedi. It’s not perfect, from the map being a pain to decipher at first, and some of the pace slowing down during the back tracking, but the good FAR outweighs the bad with this and I’m…
The force is strong with this one...
If Disney and Kennedy learned anything from these last three mainline movies, it’s hire one person with talent that can bring a unified vision to a narrative (Feige is that you?). It’s not to say you can’t surround that person with other talented people who can polish and help bring the best out of it. That’s how…
You are correct in that multiple angles usually exist in our complicated culture and reality.
Unless there’s a lot left unexplained, I think the episodes we’ve seen tell us that Veidt is obviously on Europa, and that Dr. Manhattan is responsible. Whether Lady Trieu is in on it in some capacity as well or what her role is, where it involves Veidt and Manhattan, is what’s left to be seen. Their stories will…
I enjoyed seeing the Jawas again and their ginormous Sandcrawler never gets old, but this was the definition of a setup episode. The two set pieces were well done, and Nick Nolte’s Kuill continues to be a nice compliment to the stoic Dyn.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is getting mostly great reviews and will hopefully send a message to EA executives. Single player games without loot boxes can be good, popular, and sell well. So happy for Respawn, one of the best studios in the business right now. Perhaps Disney will give them a mandate if this sells as…
It’s Larth Krader.
This was a perfect intro for the series and felt much more like the Star Wars universe in the original trilogy, than anything else Disney has done other than Rogue One. The new Skywalker Saga movies just don’t imbue the same tone, feel, and atmosphere in my opinion.
Yep... the reviews are as much an enigma as the game apparently.
This completely redefines “dick in the box”.
Great world-building? Check.... Excellent cast? Check....
Especially when I’ll be adding Disney+ this month.
It looks very cool and strange in a good way and the actors are amazing. If this is someone’s type of game then enjoy and I wish you all the best. We don’t all have to love the same things and when a game connects with you it’s an incredible experience.
Series.
I was a mark for this anyway... but holy Christ! This looks like The Witcher show we and the material deserves.
There was no way I wasn’t going to be hyped for this....
“Where were you when the brown lightning struck?”
And it really nails the fact that we’ve seen the relationship strictly from the POV of Princess Carolyn, and a version of “unreliable narrator”.
