Wait, is 6500rpm considered high-revving? I figured that nomenclature is for cars with over 7000rpm redlines. I don’t consider my MK7 Golf R to be high revving since it cuts at 6500, whereas the GTI revs to 7000. 

Simple solution - throw scorpions at her until she gives in and trades in the car.

In my case, I usually tell people to try a Goze - makes an interesting talking point because of the salt content. Then you can go old skool and find them a Gruit, but they seem harder to come by...

Yeah, I accidentally kissed a boulder when backing out of a driveway on a dirt road with our Alltrack. If the whole bumper was painted I would have been missing a golfball sized patch of paint. Hooray for unpainted!
