It’s extremely pervasive. Some areas are heavily segregated. Lots of Mexican people like to claim they are 100% Spanish with no indigenous or African roots.

My bff has sons and I’m terrified for them. I just want them to be safe and happy but I have nightmares of what could happen to them.
