As a contractor I have ordered many large Items UPS freight, (A fuckin sawmill even) each and every time a unmitigated disaster. From dispatch to delivery something goes wrong allways. Having worked for UPS and from what I know, even if the package had shed its label, there’s a whole huge department just for that purpose. They are supposed to look up the item anyway they can, make a new label and send it on its way. Something more is going on and its UPS’ fault.
