Apparently Jerrod heard that NBC would cancel the show (possibly due to the N-word and mass shooting episodes) so he left and they canceled it afterwards.
If NBC didn't co-own the show, Fox could've shopped it to BounceTV.

And we can hire Jack Black to play his lawyer!
To be fair, Betty Cohen of Cartoon Network (she ran the channel from its inception until 2001, during that AOL-TW debacle) was apparently the exception that proved the rule.
Not just that. CBS earns a fuçkton of money from international syndication.
I think it's sad that Disney doesn't want to even release their sucky multi-cams on DVD/Blu-ray.
I see, that's great news. I think the reason the Japanese 2D animation industry has remained so strong is because not even Toei Animation and TMS have deep enough pockets to truly invest in 3D animation for too long without their profit margins being eaten up. Also the 3D cartoons from that country (movies and TV…
Well, kinda. The film premiered on the same weekend as the eighth Harry Potter film, which I'm sure was very widely talked about.
You know, I bet there might be a future for American 2D theatrical animation if one of the major studios decides to make a 2d cartoon film, but outsources the actual animation to European or Asian countries.
Yep. The last 2D-animated movie that was theatrically released was Winnie the Pooh from six years ago. And we all know Disney sabatoged that film.
Besides, it seems like this film isn't frame-by-frame drawn animation.
Damn. That's pure fuçking talent there.
Who came up with that title? Studio execs?
To be fair, he he did control and own Pixar, and funded them through hard times, when they didn't earn money. So, without his financial support, Pixar would it not have just been the powerful film studio it is today, it would've probably gone bankrupt in 1989-92.
The only thing I am looking forward to for July from Netflix is the Castlevania cartoon from Ellis and Seibert.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm………
I am not sure what to think of this. If this thing is shit, then it'll be horrifically so, probably one of the all-time worst ones, but if this console is an actually good one, I might buy it (depending on how good the games are, of course).
It'll be directed by Hayao Miyazaki and it will be called Totally Not Sense4.
And they're both owned by CBS Corp.!
Maybe Univision is making the AV Club be quiet about it on purpose so that the switch can happen quickly and abruptly.
Clearly, WB owns DC, so the DC streaming service is theirs.
Wait, what's the WOT refugee site?
Oliver Stone is considered to be one of cinema's greatest filmmakers of all time. Hopefully there will be a segment where Putin and Stone talk about Stone's filmography.
