I think it's kinda sweet and nice. There's a surprising amount of hate in the comments, though.

@ePrometheus: This is gizmodo, at least 10% of us do that with pride.

@Icon57: Is it more fair to show prejudice against homophobes? An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

@Jayayess1190: I can; without people desiring faster laptops there'd be no reason to create them. This laptop with integrated graphics is probably great, but with discrete it's all the better performance, and the possibility of them offering both makes the deal even sweeter for all of us.

@Odin: The point is to play the games you like remotely on a larger screen.

@haxorknight: Enough people raised complaint that this was apparently necessary. I don't mean to tell you that you're wrong, more that there is a market for this controller, and you're just not a part of it. I'm glad you can get your game on without a more rigid D-Pad, but " I don't care how many people whine about

@grigori: Heh, I guess anyone can twist 'conscious of the threat of medical symptoms' to only 'conscious of medical liability'.

@Rasselas: Their job isn't to handle food, it's to look like slobs. Their consciousness of their own image to media doesn't depend on the food they're selling to whole countries, but rather how much hairspray and tanning you can physically endure without (much) brain damage.

Video works for me, but I can't take how many times "uhh" and "umm" are said within the 3-or-so minutes.

@Isostar13: More power to you to raise your hypothetical kids how you'd like, but it seems like such a benign idea to take such a staunch position against - especially when your opinion is so loosely supported without any provision of facts that these houses, or any house with a slide, lead to less-fit children. Love the face.

@kayakj: I might try that then, thanks!

Any help on what to do about my 2007 MBP's problem?

@Philip Han: Heh. I'm glad you like HDR footage, but this is no holy grail. Technically, it is impressive, but I've simply got different standards when it comes to visual beauty than seeing people in the background of a shot.

Man, that video made me feel dirty.

@Philip Han: It's impressive... but beautiful? Come on. Any bloke could have taken this shot on any corner of downtown Vegas. It's just a swivel of the camera to show it can see people in the background and it looks terribly washed out.
