Lol, I won a contest in elementary school where you write an essay about why you should have a giant pumpkin for Halloween. This was done annually and the winner would receive said giant pumpkin. All these years I could have been calling myself an award winning writer.

I’m a freelance writer who was recently added to a PR journalist database (one of the big ones, I actually used to work there) and so I get blasted at least 10-12 pitches a day. It’s obvious which ones were blasted out to a mass audience (almost all of them).

My partner puts ketchup on eggs, when I first saw this practice I was appalled but I have to admit it’s pretty good sometimes. I prefer putting it on somewhat bland scrambled eggs to boost the flavor. Of course lots of other toppings including hot sauce will also suffice.

I feel the same. Just finished season 1, I like the cast, setting and amount of polar bear content. I find it extremely difficult however to follow each characters motivations or even understand what dust is or what the magisterium is/wants

I don’t know, I’m aware that there are “gaming” monitors but I didn’t know if that would be needed in a scenario like this. That’s why I asked. 

This might make me finally sign up for Gamepass. Question from someone who knows nothing about PC gaming: would I need to upgrade my monitor to run Xbox Cloud games on my PC, or would the monitor I use for work generally be fine? Is there a way to check? 

That’s funny, the Tiktok tutorial I watched specifically mentioned believing the things I heard in said tutorial. I guess I just don’t know what to believe.

That’s right, I forgot she was in the first one! She was great too. I think it’s a little silly having villianious plots in the Paddington movies but I guess they’ve got to inject some drama somehow. And the whole sequence of Paddington going to jail int he second one is just so delightful

I love his performance in Paddington 2. He said at some point that it’s his favorite movie he’s ever done and that makes me like it even more.
