A fatty liver doesn’t require drink. However, if you have seen what is presumed to be the last photo of him alive (a very grainy pic at a restaurant), the man looks very heavy and bloated. A fatty liver would lead to this. I thought of alcohol too, but that level of alcoholism would surely have caused other symptoms…

Ariana Grande has been doing the same thing with jackets, but I think I saw this done back in the 90's?
