Nothing new? I, for one, don’t recall seeing him do a “Superman” in a phone booth before. That phone booth was a hard sell and was the greatest challenge to “suspension of disbelief” in the whole scene, imo.

For me it’s simply a matter of “time.” I don’t identify with high-schoolers (although I do love the Buffy series). People out in the “grown-up”world are more interesting. Also, the relationships are more challenging for the adult characters. There’s a good deal of diversity: A black man in a lead role is refreshing.…
