Ah, I see what you're saying. I guess it didn't bother me that he used the annotations that way as annotations used at sites like http://dannychoo.com/ pretty much have any kind of comment you can imagine and it doesn't bother me any, so I guess I'm used to it. :P

Because the annotation includes links to the relevant Reddit and NeoGAF threads, whereas the article doesn't seem to facilitate those links.

Having actually been to Japan now, I'm able to place this photo. Yodobashi is huge! I miss Akihabara was my last stop before I came back. Kyoto and Mt. Fuji were great, but man, Akiba is a different animal altogether. Damnit, I want to go back! >_<

That's about how much it cost me to go. It was 8 days of bliss, 2 days were spent in the air/traveling. Spent 4 days in Kyoto, 1 at Mt. Fuji, and 3 in Tokyo.
