If you call having to do the job several times to get it right because you used unskilled labor, yes, that is pouring money away. If it was union labor you used, it would have saved money having it done right the first time. Prevailing wage might have been required on the job but i bet it was non union labor.

You just made a very valid point. People see the one screwup of representing someone in the good ol boy club and think that applies to all union members. It doesnt!
