I am hoping that despite this being the last
season of Korra, Bryan and Michael will be able to successfully pitch to TV networks the slew of spin-offs we’ve all been waiting for. Such
as a gritty crime drama starring Republic city’s beloved Police Chief Beifong.

Amon, Unaloq and Zaheer: 'Korra we are your fathers!'
Korra: 'That's not true, that's impossible!'
'Three Villians and a little Avatar' In cinemas this fall!

The perspective, the music the visuals and characterisation all feel like they've really come together on the show between this season and last season.

I was expecting him to be like his granduncle but instead he produced the kind of sketch I would love to frame and hang on my wall

I hope we see Toph summarise more episodes and do reviews

Absolutely. She wasn't even tied up properly to the chair, seeing how she just slipped her arms out.

I feel like this season is slower than season 3 in building momentum because it is mirroring real life pre war tensions. Animosity and suspicion builds until Kuvira invades Poland.

Great episode. I really liked the visual and
narrative parallels between the seasonal villains in this episode in how they
had each for their own reasons tried to destroy the avatar/Korra’s identity. It
really illustrated why someone such as Korra whose status as Avatar has been an
integral part of her identity since

The book in the second segment was called naked London and was published by Taschen. It featured a naked Winston Churchill on its cover giving his V salute whilst smoking a cigar.

I sincerely hope that that Toph and Kuvira have a face off wherby Toph declares 'I'm the original metalbender!'

I read it as being a very much in your face of telling the world not to f**k with her and invalidate them at the same time.

It seems clear that Kuvira has designs on old earth kingdom territories. If she will attack Zaofu why not the republic? Which really is ironic-the old queen sought to expand her kingdom unlawfully as she had a 'divine monarchical right' to do so. While Kuvira grew up learning that this was wrong and set out to fix the

It goes to show how much Korra has grown over the show in that despite being thrown around by Toph all day she never really gets mad about it.

So is Eska the boss of Desna?

I had hoped that Kuvira would have ended up being somewhat analogous to Otto Von Bismarck and kept the BALANCE between the nations while reforming the kingdoms territories into a federal state.

She really needs to work on her image campaigns. The t-shirts are a good start, but what about a dozen commissioned artworks depicting Kuvira in a shall we say herculean light, defeating the monstrous sanctions the other nations impose on a her, just as she retains the glorious earth nation's ore and ceases export as

the vines are interesting as well in how in the season trailer and past experiments of Varrick an idea of the technological threats to come, there hasn't really been any obvious hints as to what the vines are. Is it biological warfare or communications . and will it end up being a case of the humans exploiting the

'Choose treachery Bolin, its more fun!'

Hopefully the show doesn't draw to much from the empire strikes back as I don't think I could stand Sifu Toph expiring in a swamp.

Kuvira is really getting a handle on state diplomacy, like how she positioned her supporters in the crowds and gives out promotional propaganda merchandise to foreign citizens who identify culturally with her empire. It was also impressive how she told the other world leaders that she was reclaiming Crimea, (no wait
