Philece Sampler was just brilliant as Toph as well. Toph is the only character so far that we've heard speak in three different stages in her life; child, adult and elderly woman. (who is hopefully a Yoda/King Bumi like mentor character with all the badassery of her younger self times a quintillion). Her voice

Asami offered to keep korra company at the South pole and was the only one Korra wrote to. If the show can at least imply Korrasmai as a possibility towards the end of the series I'll be somewhat happy.
Although I suppose they could just be friends..

'Aang! stop airbending your food before eating it!'

The music was great in this episode, really serving to illustrate Korra's emotional state and the transition from one scene to another throughout the episode. Even though the show has at points suffered in writing and animation (thank glob they blink now) the musical scores in Korra have always been great in both

I hope this is all a build up to some insane marvel team-up movie in which Deadpool both fights and irritates every marvel superhero ever.

Would there be an interest in regular or even semi-regular coverage of steven universe again? The show has only improved as its gone on and it feels like its got a better idea of its characters and mythology.

The threats wouldn't really work unless you could believe that she would carry out her threats. That and Kuvira's own mention of nasty ''rumours'' suggests that she really is ruling with an iron fist and will utterly eviscerate anyone who stands in her way.

YES TO MORE SHIPPING!!!

He was yes.

The bandits were pretty rough looking, probably none of them had ever received metalbending training. With that in mind it goes to show that Kuvira is a take no prisoners kind of leader-join me or get shredded by a train.

'Bolin, how could you flush Pabu down the toilet?'
'Well, step one, I had to lift the lid. That was the first little annoyance. Am I right, men?'

It leaves you wondering about Azula though, did she choose to forget her past or try to deal with it?

Is there a ship-o-meter for this episode yet?

Whenever Korra's not on screen, all the other characters should be asking "Where's Korra".

Possibly Kuvira had ties to the red lotus but like Unalaq broke away to do her own thing.

Were they saying boo or boo-wu?

Great episode. Really liked Kuvira,s fighting style I thought it was similar to th Dai-li's Rock hands but with her own metalbending twist.
