I wonder if they’ll put a supercharger on it and give it the 650 HP and 650 lb.-ft of torque like the ZL1's have. Also differentiate it by giving it a different front fascia. Then the Chevy guys can be like the F150 guys putting knock-off grilles/fenders on their normal trucks.

Did you see any of his Postal Jeep write ups? He doesn’t care about driving at freeway speeds without major structural failures.

CP

Came here looking for this.

The 718 seems to be the only thing close to price and performance.

That are faster?

As compared to?

Ah crap, by that time you won’t be able to afford repairs either.

”Yeah, thanks to the LS family’s ability to loaf along at under 2K RPMs on the highway, it’s not at all uncommon to get 30+ MPG in anything not brick-shaped (read, not a giant SUV or pickup).”

Ecoboost? No, Ecoloss.

This is what I picture the future roadways filled with when we move to autonomous cars. Big boring utilitarian living room appliances on wheels. At least accidents, road rage, and congestion will be thing of the past.

Were you able to insect the impact absorption layer (foam/plastic mesh/collapsible frame) under the flexible bumper on the Mazda? It might be a different story. It may not take another hit like that. I just looks okay after the cover pops back out.

Did I miss where it explains why the Tesla broke down?

Was it the power unit? I predicted this on Tuesday.

Buy a set of snow tires to go with it, but this is something to consider.

I can’t wait until the youtube videos of an adult hitting a wall at 28 mph come out. Do you get a seatbelt for $33k?

Color is an opinion.

Not sure why COTD went to someone complaining about green.

Yeah, but was it’s drive unit any good afterwards?

All kidding aside, if this was done with a production car in an official capacity, good on Tesla.
