My dad got so fed up with his DRL’s burning out his ‘00 Silverado he wanted to trade someone his remaining good bulb for a bad one and never worry about them burning out again. 

How does this compare to a Chevy SS? (besides being smart and removing the tacked on vents)

The official ones are made in the USA. Or so the website claims. It’s probably chinese materials, but sewn and embroidered in the USA.

I picked up a 2012 Impala fleet queen. I got a great deal, on a comfortable, large, family hauler.  At least these have the VVT 3.6 V6 in them with a 6 spd transmission.  Can’t get any more “meh” than it, but I like the dollars in my wallet.

For something different maybe the next Gymkhana will be bloopers and that Focus will fall into the water.

Yeah, that seemed to be opinion from the co-workers who have one. That it may be eco, but it’s too easy and too fun to not drive it that way. They said they ended up running to the pump as often as a thirsty v8.

That one does look pretty nice, but you gotta admit its front is just a ‘93 Buick LeSabre stretched vertcally.

Common GM, offer a turbo 4, 6 and 8 cyl engine and get it over with. Oh, and offer an SS with a twin turbo 8 cyl.

What are your real world numbers when driving modestly?

As much as I love the Vette, should you be treated differently than the owner of a Sonic?  They are very ubiquitous.
