Exactly. EA should have caught this, but he made it worse by the way he responded. So my sympathy is basically non-existent.

Agreed. He obviously didn’t know before it was pointed out to him, so he wasn’t getting bombarded. No defending the mob mentality, but he could have handled his end a little better as well.
It’s almost as of calling someone an asshole and saying their game is dumb in a public forum that is set up to be seen by fans of that product is a bad way to bring up your concerns...
Or: “You, a person, are less important than a game. Get back in your place.”
“The game is bigger than you. Behave,”
I asked when Luke did a write up but I guess it needs to be asked again. What the fuck does this have to do with gaming?
It’s such a shame he has to apologize for this. I’m not pro trump or anything but I have a really hard time with people being treated as having done something wrong when we disagree with them. Lucky, I don’t know what you believe but I hope you don’t let others disapproval make you apologize for it.
What kind of bullshit garbage is that?! Are consumers meant to suffer for pointless political statements directed against loose affiliation? Everybody’s lost their minds.
LOL thank you. Anyone acting like they give a shit or trying to take the moral high ground here and condemn Palmer is full of shit. Let me sit behind my keyboard and condemn this man while I type this using a computer made off the backs of workers who make 3 dollars an hour and work 15 hour shifts.
Every single developer of software and hardware and every employee of such must be vetted for thier political beliefs and voting history. It’s the only way.
Anybody else finding themselves sighing frequently, not enjoying things, like ice cream, as much, constantly feeling on the verge of unexpected violent tears? Anyone else get queasy when they turn on the news, cynical when they open their Facebook and wary when strangers start talking in a doctor’s waiting room that…
I mean, sure, Fallon blew it, but no more than any actual fucking reporter who has gotten a chance to interview Trump. Hell, he even got us new information- Trump’s hair does move.
I mean, maybe this is the wrong way to look way to look at it, but I’m kind of happy that he didn’t actually quit the show in a blaze of hatred, and that at the very least he wasn’t a hypocritical asshole.
wow so I have a gaming pc but tend to play consoles b/c it’s easier to game in the living room. I do have the steam link and steam controller. I also have an xbox one, ps4 and wiiU.
I actually really enjoyed my ps4 but the xbox one is looking more and more attractive after all these disappointments. Wtf is sony doing…
How do you call yourself a writer? This is more of an ad than an article. Thanks for the reminder of why I gave up on Kotaku.
Major difference I guess would be that a photographer has a lot to think about. Time of day, angle of light, reflection issues, flash or no flash, what iso, f stop, etc. Not to mention the search for environments.
It’s a little ridiculous to call this guy an artist... the artists are the ones that created these environments in the first place. This guy is literally just hitting print screen.
