I work with institutions that used to need to purge their database of old crap in order to keep it fresh, but we no longer support that purging process because it creates more problems than it solves. That’s why most of my Sims game time is still in Sims2 Ultimate that EA gave out for free just before Sims4 was released.  I have Sims3 and 4, but I don’t play them cause they’re missing so much.  Hopefully when Sims5 is almost ready they give out a Sims3 ultimate version, otherwise I’m sticking with 2.

Especially in this new car shortage market.  When I drove my car off the lot last year it’s KBB was 25% higher than what I paid.  Already had one phone call from the salesman asking if I’d consider selling for more than I paid because of the rare color that someone else really wants.

I’ve bought a dozen used cars over my lifetime, every one had problems within a year.  Finally treated myself to something brand new 14 months ago and I’ve had zero issues, and haven’t even had to pay for oil changes and tire rotations because of the deal.
