MS isn’t losing the game because Sony had a leap. They’re losing because they made terrible, ugly, stupid decisions. That’s why they’re so desperate for this deal. Not because Sony is inherently better, but because Xbox is naturally worse.

If MS is so worried about a deal with for CoD with Sony making the deal more palatable to regulators, what is MS distracting from?  Oh yeah, the FTC mentioned CoD in their complaint, and MS seems to be falling for it, hook, line, and stinker.
