Not really with the A/C, but the heat in the winter gets adjusted frequently, especially if I’ve got a car full of people that fog up the windows.  I change it from floor heat to defroster, and I like that it’s a button I can press without taking my eyes off the road too long.

My Crosstrek has a great mix of buttons and non-buttons.  Important things like AC and heat I can control with a physical button, things that I don’t change often like speakers are touch only.
