Airmail is just a media/news company. How they got those messages is just as important as the contents of the messages, especially if they got them from Hammer, who shouldn’t have had access to them either.

People like Kotick get rewarded based on the value of the stock, if the stock plummets enough for the company to fail, Kotick gets dicked.
Her latest book involved a trans person killing an author.
If the company were allowed to fail, the IPs would be picked up by other companies and most of the employees would be brought on board to transition the games to the new company. The ones that would suffer most would be the assholes that created the toxic, dangerous environment because they wouldn’t be able to cash…
This seems like a Streisand Effect type issue. The lawsuit has increased awarness of what was said about her, and because of the lawsuit, it makes what was said all the more believeable.

If Sunset Overdrive was going to get a sequel, why didn’t work start on it in the five years before the original release and the time Sony bought the studio?
Did Sony make Destiny 2 a PS exclusive when they bought Bungie?
Genshin Impact is coming out for the Switch, isn’t it? It’s also available on iOS, Android, and Windows. How is that exclusive?
I didn’t buy the game because I wanted to see the longevity of it before wasting money on it. Sure glad I didn’t. But are you really trying to say that paying for exclusivity of one characater in a game is the same thing as paying for eventual exclusivity of multiple games?
