I'm not even a wrestling fan! But the wrestling scenes have by far been the funniest bit - would have been nice to see just a little bit more of the ring characters and moves being developed.

Absolutely the best episode of the series. Sheila only being able to play one song killed me. I think the show's biggest downfall was kind of just… not enough actual wrestling, so I'm hoping there'll be a bit more in season two! The whole season is great, of course, but I'm looking forward to looking back on it as a…
Oh Wolves in the Throne Room. Not been on a Wolves binge for a while, should fix that!
I mean I'm a Godspeed You! Black Emperor fan so y'know.
To be honest I can think of plenty of records made in the last five years that are consistently great start to finish. Maybe my standards are low. Or maybe I'm just patient with songs I don't love immediately - people who consider "not skipping a single song" on a playthrough as criteria for their all-time greatest…
i mean bound (and boundless) has the catchiest hook in human history. post-rock ISN'T EVEN MEANT TO HAVE HOOKS.
correct
Yeah I've also heard plenty of records that I'd consider consistently great from start to finish tbh.
I am REALLY behind on new records this year, but a big part of that is sort of actively slowing down my new music consumption over the past few years just because of an overwhelming fatigue that comes with constantly trying to keep up with everything. It makes music not fun, and it's why I can't be doing with writing…
Right! Right, sorry. It's just, the mucus buildup is in this ear.
You've fucked it, Gerrard!
Yes! I'm glad you've got to experience it all, really is one of my favourite sitcoms ever made. May even top the list - definitely does in the British category.
But how's the drummer?
I could never get down with Regular Show. Adventure Time, Steven Universe and even Flapjack focused on a great, engaging setting first and then layered the weirdness on that attracted the older audience once the foundations where there, while Regular Show seemed like it started out by directly just pandering to…
Look I know she's been great in a lot of things since but Olivia Colman will always be Sophie from Peep Show to me, constantly irritated, fan of juice bars and head massage, last seen passed out drunk in a ball pit.
"And don't call my second in command a arse-faced weasel."
Oh and I gotta say I thought the best musical moment in Master of None was the truly bleak Say Hello, Wave Goodbye cab scene..
The Handmaid's Tale scene with the Blondie remix was absolutely stunning. Heart of Glass is literally the first song I have a concrete memory of hearing - but I'd never heard that remix before so hearing such a hazy, dreamy reworking over this too-real nightmare image just knocked me out. Unreal.
Not one I ever played, that! My Tetris number one is torn between N64 New Tetris and Tetris DX on the Game Boy Colour. Leaning towards the former. It's weird how strongly I associate Tetris with Nintendo when really it's been on every system ever in the world.
Yes! Absolutely. I loved the achievement aspect as well - the game had a nasty habit of wiping save data randomly though so I never did build all the monuments. The soundtrack was class too, and the Africa theme is still remembered fondly among my housemates to this day.
