Honestly all I really remember about the film was the "lesser of two weevills" scene which was incredibly cringeworthy.

Which is what Angel does in Buffy. Cow and pig when he's flush with cash, rat when he's not. Keeps it in Tupperware in the fridge. Doesn't bother with a spoon. The mucky pup. Spike, on the other hand, likes to crumble in Weetabix to give it some extra texture.

Have you actually SEEN that bit though? It's gosh-darn hilarious. I can't find the clip online, but it's in New Moon if you want to track it down.

She's ridiculously rigid in Adventureland, the scenes with her and Reynolds are painful.

Best moments of the Twilight saga films:

Oh yeah, that. I remember taking my grandfather to the cinema to see it because he read the books devotedly. He hadn't been to the cinema for over a decade - and never went again, though that's not as much of a reflection on the film itself as you might think.

Never read the books as a kid, (maybe after my time?) never saw the film, but this sounds fun. Especially Warburton and Harris-related fun. I'll give it a go.

Yeah, you're right about that in this case. But I have seen companies do stuff like this with actual real people, and it always annoys me.

Mm, true, if their targets are real people. If they're just idly tweeting stupid comments at companies, it's hardly "trolling". In a shaky analogy, it's the difference between showing up at someone's house unannounced and causing trouble, and going down to your local restaurant and being an awkward customer that asks

True enough, maybe not so much talking about this situation as other similar ones that have been a bit more "vicious" - it's just brands scoring cheap PR points by being jerks. I hate it when brands try and be personable at me.

You know what though, even though I know the person running that social media account is a content writer who's just as bored and trying desperately to get Seinfeld references published at work as I am, I really hate it when those running social media accounts for big companies go for regular people with a fraction of

I mean, the replace all tool does it in a few seconds but it really is just the principle of the thing goddamnit.

My dev skills are mostly limited to HTML I learned while changing my MySpace theme over a decade ago, the odd bit to cope with Wordpress, and really really really basic CSS, but working with devs daily for years makes me well aware of the pains you go through. The fact that most people don't really understand what

Yep, I'm a content writer (ew) for a living and we generally use straight quotes as a matter of course because you can be sure they'll actually work properly no matter what CMS you put them in, rather than showing up with &;sfassfsgf or whatever it is, and your clients that upload their own content aren't bright

"essentially scamming employers for whom he might actually want to work once he recovers"

First four records arguably was each time…

Agreed. The last season is great and the finale isn't perfect, but the more I think about the ending the more I like it - and it makes some of the twists and turns of the more apparently pointless seasons feel more valid.

Yeah agreed that the Totem partners were very tough. I think it was one of the more challenging Pokemon games for sure, but (as much as I hate to be the kind of person who says these kinds of things in internet comments) I'm actually good enough at it after ~20 years of playing that I very rarely struggle with the

I've played about 72 hours and done most (but not all) of the post-game stuff, and it's been great. X and Y were better, though, and retain their titles as the greatest Pokemon games, despite Sun/Moon's beautiful technical advances. The "judge" feature in particular is going to make EV training so much easier - I've

I am SO GLAD you've included The Hotelier, I've been totally writing off any publication that's ignored it this year. Such a remarkable, powerful record. I've written too much about it all year to go over it again, but it's just absolutely incredible. Should be above Pinegrove though, which I like a lot, but don't
