Exactly! I’ve been there, and it sucks. The team I work with tends to stick together, though. If they see you trying to make it the whole day with one packet of ramen, they’ll either offer you snacks or just buy you lunch. Nothing can make a day worse than no food and no money for food while also working.

You never know who is either short on cash or forgot to pack a lunch!
