I think Ashley is a man who has not been assaulted/physically abused.
I think Ashley is a man who has not been assaulted/physically abused.
This is amazing and was kind of exactly my experience reading the books. Yes, all three. I was bedridden with stomach flu and someone sent me the PDFs. I read the whole fucking thing and I was like WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME. These books are like some disgusting fried appetizer you get at Chilis or TGI Fridays that you…
"I think she likes sex already."
This is the face of a man who spends many, many hours masturbating furiously to the language in House Bill 365, and who has a lovely collection of Lulumon catalogues stashed away somewhere.
Yesterday I saw a guy wearing basketball shorts, Adidas rubber slippers with socks, and a wool pullover with Celtic patterns.
Ashley Phoenix-Claw: "Hey #GameOnSVU I've been sexually assaulted/physically abused so I know how that works... #GamerGate doesn't do that. And hi, I'm a woman."
" Hey, we don't rape & mutilate women! We just threaten to rape & mutilate women!" -Gamergaters
gamergate: we're offending that you implied we'd rape people but still LOL A GIRL GOT GANGRAPED LOLLOLOLOLOLOLOL
The woman was 72 years old. They generally try not to incarcerate people that old unless there is a reason to think they are a danger to society at large.
War Machine had a knife and he beat her boyfriend as well. He has been charged with attempted murder, along with kidnapping.
I don't write the laws. The fact is, it was simple assault, not aggravated assault, as there was no weapon involved. They didn't charge her with sexual assault. Perhaps it was because they see how well that works when you try to charge men with it? Nah, probably not. It's actually kind of weird that they didn't.
No, because nobody here seems to think 2 years seems like a long enough sentence for her. But if we're going by jail time as a indication of which crimes are "worse," then you have to take into consideration that most rapists serve zero jail time, since only a small percentage are prosecuted and an even smaller…
She'd rip a tit off for sure.
The point of the college conducting rape investigations is that they have the power to expel a student, remove him from the victim's classes, etc, and can do so much quicker and with a lower burden of proof than the courts can. And let's face it, it's not like the police have a great track record with dealing with…
No see, that's the thing. MRAs are always complaining that abuse by women is covered up by... the underwear gnomes or the Illuminati or something.
Justice and, to a lesser extent, Law Enforcement have a much higher burden of proof than what the college itself can do. Its possible that, if the Legal system were the only force acting, that the accused would be allowed to stay on campus until found guilty (which may take years, it at all) .

Who knows, they might end up at Yale instead.
Brilliant. Hit them where it hurts. Threaten to chase away new tuition paying students.
