You may be right, even if you ascribe to Elsevier.....

Late to the game here, so you’ll probably never read this, but as a boomer with GenZ in house, a couple of things to note :

1) The crypts, the crypts. Not safe. At all.

This reply is great for its’ sentimentality. If only we could harness that and apply that to all automotive manufacturing as a practical application of efficiency where cars would have a long-term (as in 100 years) of maintenance and updating cycle. This is a big problem nowadays as many cars of the last 30 years have

Hey now. He does have the biggest words. They’re bigly ones. And he knows the best. Besides, those are numbers. And they’re right ones. As in millions which he deserves because he’s knows numbers too. ‘Cause they’re bigly too. Even if he does lose them from time to time.

Hey, remember, it should take about the same amount of time to go down as it does to go up. So don’t push it on the backside and let the brakes get too hot. Best of luck. Hope your clutch and bearings are up to engine braking tasks. BTW, check your e-brake setup too, jic.

I recommend actually going to those places even if you have to pay. An annual pass costs $80. That’s basically a tank of gas for a gas guzzler like a big truck or a couple of tanks for a smaller vehicle. It’s a tremendous value.

Ahahahahaahahahahahahah. Pathetic.

We’ve found that lemon and mint are not optional and that barley tea is a more than acceptable substitute when too much caffeine becomes an issue (we drink a lot of tea; hot, cold, lukewarm).

Hilariously true. I suppose something there’s something to be said for Jerry West going to the Grizzlies, then Golden State and now, the Clips.......challenges at every location, for sure.

Love boat?

Well, kinda true considering how poorly most cities are able to manage their homeless populations. In LA, Skid Row is pretty vast; it’s now expanded to all sorts of places out of downtown that didn’t used to see much homelessness. Tent cities now fill most of the washes and river areas. It’s the modern-day version of

Oh man, now I feel like some Burritos Las Palmas...or maybe some of Rickys’ fish tacos. Or maybe some Kogi. Dang. You would mention tacos on Friday night....

Yeah, I know. And I’m really against the common webtech mentality of making people do their own work for something like that (as opposed to explaining a proper solution for coding issues). Getting lazy, I guess......But, then again, it’s Jalopnik, people should recognize Dan Gurney and Eagle, then AAR....and,

Hmmm, for some weird reason, the 1st impression I got was Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice.......and then Harry Belafonte crooning in the background. My inner villain must not have a white cat familiar....

Eagle has landed, again!

Yeah, it’s kinda weird and disgusting. The people who believe in Pizzagate totally believe everything they hear about the border protections. They choose not to hear anything about baby theft and kidnapping and how the GOP/White House likes to enable all the abuse that goes on. The Border Patrol/ICE agents would all be

I’m stopping in Taiwan for a few days in the near future after last visiting way the heck back in time. As in when military curfew was still in effect. So it’s going to be quite different. Should be fun.

Right. Ok. There’s some innovative discussion, right there. Intelligence at work, apparently.

Oh no, I’m fully aware of the situation. In fact, I’ve been on the stinky end of the stick when a company I worked for was bought by another US tech company which transferred part of the workforce to India as part of the “efficiency” of Sigma Six mentality applied through the financial side first. This was 20+ years
