I understand the hesitancy around PvP.

Yes, I read the article. Did you even read what I wrote? I'm writing about crunch in general, and the many situations outside of Poland where overtime is unpaid.

It’s possible some people are strawmanning her position. At minimum she has doubted that transwomen are women and insisted that they should be treated differently because they are not biologically women. She has also raised the anti-trans trope of the “man who feels or believes he is a woman” threatening women in

Does this fallacy have a name?

In retail, at least you’re paid by the hour, so you’re paid for all those extra hours you work. In many crunch situations, workers are salaried, and are not paid for the extra time they work.

They’re having people work Saturdays for a while, which is a pretty normal thing for businesses when its needed.

Or like an onion - yes, more layers may make one cry more as they cut through it, but that’s also how we get the buttery goodness of a roasted or fried onion.

No. Microsoft isn’t entangled with the Chinese or Russian governments, for one.

Talk like a pirate day is on Saturday, friend.

Let’s assume you have an issue with a way the sausage is made.

So, let’s cut the bullshit.

Yep. Like or hate Rowling, the big issue here is transparency on the part of game revenue. If players identify who benefits from a purchase as a relevant criterion for making that purchase, and companies don’t respond to that, then that leaves players with a choice.

You think the right throws away “allies” as freely as you do?

That’s probably true, but you didn’t answer their question.

The game is an excellent teacher.
