The unsportsmanlike conduct rule states:
I’m not trying to be an ass, but I hate this take. The world doesn’t have to work like that. They could use common sense...throw the flag, then get together and decide to pick it up. Then if their supervisor wants to review after the game, the supervisor could choose to not punish them, because in this circumstance…
Actually, this is just part of the NFL’s new rules for proactively protecting the shield, as he will clearly have trouble standing for the anthem next week.
This right here is the perfect encapsulation of the NFL and it's nightmare bureaucracy in motion. Holy shit.
Excellent point, and one we should all think of often... Having said that, Pillsbury Throwboy touches me in a happy place
To be fair, I think the “all the way” part was exactly his point. Have you considered switching to fucked lite?
Trust me, I eat less than many guys I know that much smaller than me. Everyone’s body metabolizes food at different rates. My metabolism seems nonexistent at times. I don’t overeat, if I did, I’d weigh 500lbs instead of 250lbs. This doesn’t even factor in those who are overweight due to mental illness. Ever watch My…
Apparently you’ve never heard of DNA.

As a former competitor, in varsity basketball while he was at Highlands, against Jared. I couldn't say anything better myself. He also had a teammate on the basketball team, that played football with him in high school and at UK. I'm sure that hurts him, as a close friend. Condolences all around.
As someone who has struggled with their weight since childhood, while I’m sure nicknames like “Hefty Lefty” and “Pillsbury Throwboy” seem harmless and were probably laughed off in public by Lorenzen, they hurt, and play a larger role in him eating his way to 500 lbs than anyone is acknowledging. For some reason,…
I can’t, under any circumstances, wrap my head around taking a guilty plea
In Washington in the juvenile justice system you basically have 2 options. Take a guilty plea and have it expunged off of your record after 7 years or plead not guilty and your case get bumped up to adult court. The system is horribly designed.
The obvious guess is that he was probably being threatened by a prosecutor with being tried as an adult if he didn’t plea out.
He completed his sentence and therapy. In a lot of ways, he was the ideal case for rehabilitation of a juvenile offender. Him pulling the “I was innocent all along” makes him even less sympathetic than before, of course.
Yeah this has been a huge concern of mine as a fan with a small child. I think at a certain point you just have to sacrifice those great seats in the interest of safety until the kid is old enough to wear their own glove and pay attention.
Your take is garbage.
No, the Yankees are not at fault.
