“Don’t call it a reboot… the plot  has been here for years”

To be fair, I am never mad at someone for landing themselves a plum gig doing something they’re passionate about, however they managed to achieve it.

See, I feel like this is probably the reason why they ended the Fox series, and that’s a crime.  That series was f-ing great.

You misunderstood that scene. Rick doesn’t recommend him for the stunts on the current gig because the fight with Lee really DID happen on a previous gig. The reason why the stunt person on the current gig hates Cliff is because of the idiotic fight with Lee from the prior gig.

This seems like a really bizarre question coming from someone who watched any of the show.

I really do hate that ‘multi-media’ mentality that’s popped up over the past couple of decades. I don’t mind having a comic delve deeper into something, but I shouldn’t have to read the comic to enjoy the movie. I’m buying a ticket to a movie, not the online link to a video that describes the comic book with a code to

There was something very whimsical about the suit designs in the first movie. While Zack Snyder was trying his damnedest to make Superman’s design dark, serious and edgy, David Sandberg and co were doing the opposite. Zachary Levi’s suit was impossibly puffy, intensely bright, and purposely silly... and it worked.

DS9 effectively invented the serialized show.

This just cements my belief that the success of the first GotG was not Gunn but the original writer, Nicole Perlman. The sequel was awful in my opinion and it was all him.

I was scrolling through the comments trying to sift through the fawning comments to find someone else that had the same reaction to it that I did. This is just not for me. I’m glad some other people will like it, but there is just way too much effort being put into trying make everything a quotably funny line. Gunn’s

I sure hope those weren’t the funniest bits in the movie because they were...unfunny. Movie looks ok-ish.

He was beating something.

Umm excuse me can someone call the fucking cops? Like i get its a karate show but Jesus Christ its getting out of hand now. For example the season finale is Daniel gonna pay for repairs out of pocket? I know he has insurance but gotta file a police report or something. They just gonna gloss over a home invasion and

If releasing their entire 2021 slate on HBO Max was AT&T’s big Hail Mary to get more people to subscribe, I don’t think they’re thrilled if the majority of people who watch WW84 are people who were already paying the subscription cost (and therefore “free”).

Whatever enthusiasm I had for the franchise withered away as the closing credits rolled. I was fantastically disappointed in this movie. And I am someone who gets all googlie eyed at the sight of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. But the shoddy craftsmanship of this movie was rather shocking in places. It felt lazy in

They must have cut a scene where Reagan was helping Seth Brundle test his teleportation device, but Nixon was already in the destination pod.

There are some great scenes. But overall, it’s not a good movie. Still, it was better than most DC’s offerings.

Man this movie was LONG. Jesus. I hate that it felt like a chore to get through. Even my niece wanted it to pick up. Also for some reason it looked like a “live” made for tv movie at times. Actually, A LOT of the times. It took me out a lot. Like in some scenes it looked liked it was filmed on a movie set and the very

For me, the OT was about hope and wonder and a lot of fun.

I think you just defined why I did not care for the sequels. I didn’t WANT movies where Han Solo is murdered by his son or Luke Skywalker is broken and bitter. For me, the OT was about hope and wonder and a lot of fun. There was even some of that in the prequels until they ended up where they needed to go. But the
