I didn’t think the autopilot system was meant for roads with intersections and turn selections and such? I thought it was only good for highway and country road type driving? Divided highways and all that. I wasn’t aware the software was up to the task of choosing turns and whatnot. It supposed to follow the

Isn’t that what companies like haggerty’s are for? Don’t they insure the higher values for classics?

As long as the selling party is okay with the price, so be it. I did something similar to you with the jeep. There was a couple looking to donate their chrysler 300 srt to my church group because they had been told by a tow driver that it needed an alternator and battery, and the head unit had been stolen a few

My technique is to wait in my seat as long as possible and even wait till the rows have cleared out and the folks waiting in the aisle that have bags in hand, walk out, then I wait for a break for one of the turds that follow your advice to sit and wait till it’s already too late, and only then grab their bags from

Crossovers are just station wagons rebranded. I love this commercial

Not about being too smart or anything like that, just disappointed with what it’s become. I was an Earnhardt fan back in the day, then I loved watching Jr. race, but it’s tiresome now with the smallest mistake by one driver causing half the field to be taken out. I know it’s been like that for a while, but it’s

Just another reason to not watch NASCAR. The stupid restrictor plate races. Just let them run wide open and let the real drivers drive. I have really started to enjoy Indy and F1 lately because it doesn’t have this goofy pack racing BS. I love Lemans with the multiple classes and such. A car or two can wreck and

Ohio did away with parallel parking by the time I took my test, this would’ve been ‘94 or ‘95. They replaced it with maneuverability test which was similar to parallel parking, but not quite the same. It was more akin to backing into a parking spot rather than parallel parking on the street.

That’s more than my new to me 2009 s8 cost me and mine has less than half the miles this one has. Yeah it’s an AMG, but seems about 10k too rich for me, and I really like these, but that’s a super expensive Pacifica man. Wonder if these rust out their front sub frames too.

The people could have been hit by multiple rounds so you’d have less overall injuries than rounds that hit people. Example one injured person could’ve taken 3 rounds. So it seems to make sense.

The whole race was crazy like that. It definitely shows why the crews never give up during the race. You can bet they will make changes for next year to account for those issues. Well, except for the tire thing, tough to plan ahead for that.

Exactly, and as others have mentioned, look at South Korea. China will be on par or better than the other nations given enough time and effort. It’s not like there is a big secret as to how to stamp metal and assemble it. Any country can purchase equipment from anywhere and get the same results, but it takes time

My thoughts exactly. Seems a bit fragile to be racing in a 24 hour race. Who’s to say the hybrid system wouldn’t fail at some point requiring use of the IC clutch to move the car, I find it hard to believe they don’t account for a situation like that. But I guess it could be that simple, sounds more like saving

Nope.

It’s crap, they should be severely limited as to how many races they can run in a season. It’s good for that younger drivers to compete with them, but they need to also be able to fill a field with the lower tier drivers to let them work up through the ranks.

Funny you say that, I was just thinking how boring after coming off of watching lemans. That was much more exciting throughout and even down to the final lap. I’m tired of napcar, can’t really put my finger on it though. I’m thinking is the lack of innovation that has driven me away. And all the left turns... that

This kit will only be good if you’ve already wetsanded and polished your headlights. It says right in the ad that it is an excellent final step to headlight restoration. You’re headline is misleading and anyone that buys this thinking they will magically have clear headlights will be sorely disappointed. Please

I think it’s because a vehicle is a privilege to own and operate and most folks here have sacrificed something in their lives to be able to afford their vehicles, so there is no sympathy for those who can’t do simple math and rely on the banks and dealers to “protect” them.

Nope. People have take responsibility for their actions. Simple as that. I know if I can’t afford to pay something off on three years, then I can’t afford it. Simple as that. There are normally always options out there that would allow someone to live within their means, they just need to be smart enough to know

Same can be said for any car on a drag strip.... green light, mash gas, rinse and repeat. Pretty boring to me personally. And the amount of money it takes for each 1/10 of a second never really appealed to me. But hey, if it works for folks, then by all means, have a good time. I like corners better. Different
