This is less about him qualifying for his benefits, and more about Trump having to fire him before he retired Sunday on his own. You cannot fire someone that has retired. Trump wanted to play the fired card for political benefits.

Most Trump supporters don’t consider government jobs legitimate. They’ll just see it as saving them tax dollars because to them government pensions are a scam.

Sadly, the trump-suckers I’ve seen are all LOLing because “trump just saved the taxpayers by firing that dude—hurr durr.”

I became concerned about this when Hawaii experienced that missile warning fiasco a while back. Putin has been ringing the US’s doorbell for a while now and no one came to the door. He knows no one is home except a sleeping babysitter and will be letting himself in soon, no doubt.

Make no mistake: they’re testing the water for firing Mueller. All of this is simply in service of that end goal. It’s coming.
