I wash all the clothes cold, but I’ll keep doing heavy stuff on hot. Sheets, towels, rugs, I’m still bringing the heat.

Sounds to me they might be using this movie to restart the whole Singer X-verse after Appcalypse is done. Of course it’s possible this will be a way to continue the verse without a full reboot.
It is mostly from shot movies, which I don’t really begrudge. He just kinda comes off as snarmy and annoying. As you and all have said, that’s why this could be great.
Yeah, I’m in for the Voices. I almost pulled the trigger on renting it tonight, by coincidence. I’ll watch it soon.
Never in my life did I think I would be actively looking forward to any movie starring (not just featuring, but starring) Ryan Reynolds. And yet, here we are.
I didn’t know this movie was coming. Can’t wait to see it now. I may even make a point to hit the theater for this one.
Except everything said is exactly correct. Really doesn’t scratch the surface of how vile, fucked and pathetically misguided the MPAA is.
Not to mention the end of the Helms Deep battle after the calvary arrives and chases the last orcs into the forest. The big wide shot of the trees bouncing around, and the screams coming from it. So cool, shame it didn’t make the theatrical cut.
I didn’t watch this yet, but I love the Dissolve. They have a great appreciation for both high and low-brow cinema, as I do.
If someone actually made that it could be one of the funniest movies of all time. Even with multiple disintegrations.
It may not be fantastic, but it sure as shit be a visual spectacle the likes of which we’ve never really seen. That’s enough for me.
I saw it last night and really enjoyed it. As much as the first? No, prob not. But how could it? The Avengers kind of came out of nowhere to blow us all away, and the overall stroytelling in the MCU seems to have improved since then.
I was there about a month ago for the Vudou exhibit. The lions are quite impressive, and pretty scary, in their own way. It’s the ‘maneless male’ that gets me. Knowing those two lions terrified so many people is quite striking.
Whedon said there is one after the main credits, just not one at the very end after the full credits. So no schwarma type scene.
A lot of potentially cool stuff, but the key word there is potentially. The only three movies I already plan on seeing in the theater are in May. Avengers, Mad Max, and Tomorrowland. After that? Well, we’ll see.
There have been non-white versions of spidey in the comic verse. This could be an easy way to add diversity to a predominantly white movie verse.
Has there been any rumor indication that the Miller/Lord animated Spidey might be Miles Morales? If I’m not mistaken they said the animated movie will be completely separate from the live actor versions.
Between smartphones and 3D printing I’m starting to feel like we’re already there.
