Yeah, as far as a civil case, if the man having a seizure decides to sue for damages, he’s good and fucked.

He could have made injury from a fall (dunno if the guy was sitting or standing) worse.  He's certainly not covered by Good Samaritan laws.

You don’t have to render aid, but physically handling someone without their consent could well be assault, particularly if the victim suffered any injuries through being dragged.
