The Pentaverate will be the actor’s first return to the silver screen since appearing in 2018's Bohemian Rhapsody

Watching this back-to-back with Dark City was always fun.

Flash used my favorite trope, Villain Saves the Day, and Thawne did not disappoint. Cavanagh is absolutely captivating as Reverse Flash. I can forgive pretty much anything for a scene like that. I know what I like, and that’s getting to root for a villain without looking too much like a psycho myself.

Is it just me, or were there multiple shots with Walker that recreated scenes from the Captain America trilogy? Scenes of him bursting through doors, him raising the shield, even the last shot of the bloody shield feels like it’s a straight nod towards that scene in Civil War where Steve was about to drop his shield

The meta aspects of Burns & Allen rival the #’s in the entire Arrowverse:) It was WandaVision in the 50's. George Burns would literally sit in his office, turn to the camera and say, “I wonder what Gracie and Blanche are up to,” and tune in on his TV to find out, after flipping past some westerns. Effortlessly

It WAS considered offensive then. The only thing that has changed in 30 years is that people to whom the offense was directed at have a stronger voice in society now and so more people are willing to take them seriously when they express their offense. Apu didn’t suddenly become offensive to Indian people in 2017,

Awesome, I did not know this was coming! For the longest time I just hoped that Allie Brosh was doing okay wherever she was because it had been so long since a new Hyperbole and a Half strip had been published and she had been so open about struggling with depression. Anyway, I’m glad she’s back.

Good news, everyone! The sky is always going to be filled with smoke now.

Deltron 3030 is a nearly flawless album. Still one of my all time favorites.

Perhaps. But this is in the context of a person that we all actually know is a real-life asshole, and the fictional version in the film literally spends the entire movie proving her right. You ignore that this woman has far more experience with this man than you previous to the scene, and he blithely continues being

Joe Pera springing for Baba O’Riley was a much better buy.

Cal was Daisy’s father so the idea of a Sousa/Daisy/Cal love triangle - ew.

It’s hard to wrap my head around how much of the comedy I love is either directly or indirectly from him and/or Brooks. They’re to the comedy world what Nick Fury is to the MCU...just there in the background, linking everything together.

I think the odds are higher that Trump will say it was a coup if he loses the election based on his not knowing what the word means.

I keep seeing reviews mention how the album’s title came from Gillian Anderson’s line of dialogue from that episode of The Fall, but no mention of Allan Cubitt, who wrote that line of dialogue. It’s a great line (and great choice for an album title by Fiona Apple) so let’s give the writer his due!

I'm glad they tried to do this. Personally thought it was a little flat.

I think we aren’t giving enough appreciation to the fact that the show just had Barry do the fusion dance with a psychic gorilla, and by not enough, I mean I don’t think you can ever give enough because that is so my kind of stupid.

Now playing

That is legitimately one of my favorite episodes of the show and something which would absolutely NOT be made today.
