Your argument seems to be “He’s an ok guy... he just happens to lean towards anti-semitism and using racial slurs.” That’s not a strong argument.

The BBC has said while there was “a recognition that fans might want a series every single year, Doctor Who has almost uniquely complex filming requirements and a lengthy post-production period”.
Which is Beeb talk for “you know shows cost money, and we have 2 Mrs. Brown’s Boys specials coming up.”
I think its kind of a cruel fate and the Doctor would not be down with it. Then I think of The Family of Blood and how the good Doctor left them and it’s not dissimilar.
I also think Marvel is kicking themselves for not going after more of the characters. Venom would not have been as successful if Spidey wasn’t successful. It’s weird knowing that Spider-man may never meet up with Venom or Black Cat.
That is some well placed spider-juice.
Sony controls the publicity for Homecoming so they really, really don’t care about stepping on A:4
Faith Alone! *throws molotov cocktail* Martin Luther, bitches!
In a way he’s become the driving force of the series over Elanor these past few episodes.
Danson is a goddamn TV icon at this point. After 40 years of just killing it this may be his peak and that’s saying something.
She’s gone from being a stealth scene-stealer to outright MVP.
They didn’t hack it. The system itself is flawed. The system is the “bad guy.”
And I thought the stakes were already high!
It wasn’t hacked. The system itself is what’s flawed.
Maybe my favorite episode of TV this decade. His faith in D’Arcy Carden was well placed. This also shows how intricately the show has been plotted, and the way they did this episode gives me faith in the show runners that they know exactly what they are doing and have a plan.
My favorite quote about Trump is from Mulaney - “Donald Trump is like what a hobo imagines a rich man to be... ‘Ohh, as soon as my number comes in, I’m gonna put up tall buildings with my name on ’em! I’ll have fine golden hair, and a tv show where I fire Gene Simmons with my children.’” I’ll add to that “and even my…
His entire plan seems to be an elaborate way to get out of being a father to a daughter who will really need him should she recover.
(Barry’s going to defeat him with a stern talking to and offer to help the girl, isn’t he?)
Maybe this IS the end of Cicada. He blasts off into the sky and vanishes for 7 years. The next episode has a scene of him saying, “I’m gonna lay low for a while, can we transfer my daughter to Metropolis General?” You can bring him back in some time mumbo-jumbo where Barry goes ahead 7 years to cure his toothache or…
Total meta commentary with the ‘stache being computer generated and half shaved
Which is a very traditional comic book thing to do. Whenever a comic does a flash-forward it’s never to a happy, glow-y future where Clark and Lois are happily married or Hulk has a therapy animal. It introduces stakes, and lets you know that if the characters keep going the way they are the future will be awful, so…
Arrow won’t time travel, but Flash still can. They just need him to go back in time, fuck up, and make an ever darker future.
