What the hell, if you're willing to try outrunning them, go the distance. Drop some caltrops. Maybe a nice oil slick. Really take it up a fucking notch.

Worked for Weiss & Hickman <shrug>
Fortunately, I haven't dealt with Comcast over the phone yet, except for the odd call here and there to find out if the internet being down was because of an outage or something on my end.
I think... YER DUM! DUM DUM DUM!!!!
*I'm
I know it is. But Old El Paso, Jif and Tyson are not. And I'd be very, very surprised if he couldn't get a good wheat bread other than "Vermont Bread Co." which he says on his site he got mainly to support a business from Vermont. His list is 5:4 name brand to store brand, which is why I included that bit.
You're not sorry. YOU'RE NOT SORRY!!! lol
It's not so much the healthfulness of the list that I was reacting to, but the variety and lack of creativity. To me, "eating well" is a combination of keeping it healthful and keeping it interesting.
Agreed. Many people the world over don't eat as well as what's on that list. I didn't mean to imply otherwise. Thanks for the wake-up call.
For sure! Fast food is terrible, both in terms of health and cost. It's definitely not the way to go if you're concerned about either!

Where's the advice to just get so blackout drunk that you don't care how comfortable the bed is?
I'll bring a nice cake. You know, for the road.
You argued my use of "in many areas" as being not factual. That's ridiculous. My statement about HOAs existing in many areas is an inarguable fact. They do exist in many areas. They are the norm in many areas. That you can't seem to get past that baffles me. You're picking a fight and I have no idea why. You might as…
Yes, it is.
Considering I said "in many areas" and not "in all areas" or "in California specifically" or "wherever it is that 01NB: Waggin the SportWagen lives"... I'd say my statement isn't actually "not true". In fact, it's very, very true.
Lawns are perfectly fine in most areas of the country. Not every place is a barren wasteland.
HOAs need to be reigned in. As another commenter noted, in many areas, if you want to live in a house that was built in the last 25 years, you're going to end up in an HOA-controlled neighborhood. The amount of power these organizations has is ludicrous considering they can change their rules anytime they want. There…
It totally is. I can see the humor in it now, but man, at the time...
When I was a teenager, roundabout 1991, I got a job working at a James Coney Island in Texas. I had just moved there from Rhode Island. I had never heard the word jalapeño before, much less eaten one. On my first day, the setup was being explained to me, and my trainer pointed out the bin of jalapeños. I said, "what's…
