you’re 100% right.
you’re 100% right.
“Jost is saying that liberals should deemphasize equal rights for all people because it alienates rednecks.”
I’d say the reaction to a joke that was kinda clever, kinda meh, very harmless is perhaps a reason why Democrats lost the election.
Also, it has been FUCKING RICH to watch SNL act like they have a moral compass or some political insight these last couple of weeks. The sad moralizing at the end of the election and now, “Oh, Democrats lost because they be like, ‘what gender is?’ right!”
This is the show that not only had Trump on but let him fucking…
He didn’t attend his grandfather’s funeral—the same grandfather he once called before every game.
As someone who is at 5 years with no family contact (because my family are the most miserable people I’ve ever met), I say good for him. You can’t choose your family, but you can choose who you allow in your life. If those choices mean he’s happy, then more power to him.
Maybe, but we don’t know anything about what has happened in his life outside the football field and what he chooses to make public. As with the vast majority of people, his private life is private.
Rodgers is a transcendent quarterback who is forgetting about his family 50 years ahead of his peers.
The scariest thing to me is that the hit did not look particularly hard. No head snap, no moment of pure, “HOLY COW! That guy got messed up!” But he obviously is in serious distress. It’s no mystery anymore that the hit does not need to look dangerous to be dangerous. I wouldn’t be surprised, after watching this…
The cart ride was hard to watch for me. He looked so helpless—normally we see the players waving to their teammates or acknowledging the fans, but his look of pure shock and fear was just...really sad
That was unsettling to see. I don’t know if it’s the same scenario but it reminded me of boxer Oliver McCall and his rematch with Frank Bruno. The referee stopped the fight after McCall broke down in tears and was no longer defending himself or even looking at Bruno. In hindsight it seems fairly certain McCall was…
Rare is the injury that leads to an article on the team’s official website urging people not to forget that Carolina won the game.
I dated a girl while she attended Penn State. It’s the only prestigious institution I’ve spent much time at, so it might be par for the course, but it’s a borderline cult. Hero worship, loyalty in the face of any facts or truths, passion beyond what a normal person would have for football. They think they’re the best…
That did happen, but not during his time at the school.
“Fuck that kid.”

Playing for Wisconsin, I’m surprised his proudest moment wasn’t “our team getting an offensive touchdown that one time”.
+1 Fucking Savage
I have but one start to give, so you also get a GIF to show my appreciation for that joke.
Paterno probably could have avoided the injury had he not been too busy looking the other way.
