I totally dislike the guy and still think he was going for the "women are too emotional" route, but he tried to clarify this on the Today Show this morning. He said what he meant was that—men—would be too emotional about seeing a woman in distress on the battlefield, and would forget the duty of the mission to help

Hmm, it actually doesn't look like Chrome for Android has the "Save for Offline" thing that the stock ICS browser has. Maybe that will be added later.

Damn you! You ruined my dream to start a "pun" thread...:(

His plan was pure lunarcy anyway...

On their website they do actually submerge an iPhone4 and an HTC Thunderbolt. It is only submerged in 2 inches of water for maybe 30 seconds, but the devices do function (although the Thunderbolt's screen kind of goes crazy). He even puts the Thunderbolt in water without the battery case! Looks really neat.

Android is open-source and you can modify it to your heart's content. The issue is that service providers such as Verizon reserve the right to lock down the hardware that you buy from them. Rooting voids your product's warranty, but removes the service provider's lock-down.

I actually got a real one "Samsung Galaxy Vibrant." I guess the name is so stupid it sounds like it could be made up!

His proper name is Bug Droid, but I think Android Fan sites have named him Andy.

"Just be careful not to use water that's too cold: if you have a cheap or thin cookie sheet, it may warp under cold water."

He wants a new phone, but the iPone 4S isn't the phone he wants. Yet he is still buying it. Does not add up.

Maybe if she cloned out the rope and cropped to follow the rule of thirds, the photo would be good. But because she didn't, the photo should be sent right to the recycle bin!

Not sure if you are being sarcastic with your answer, but it is a lot more than depth of field that causes the miniature effect.

If you follow the link to the real quiz, you'll see both Heath and Skor. I got a 14 out of 20. I mixed up the Heath and Skor. Mixed up Butterfinger and 5th Ave Bar. Stupidly clicked on Mars bar instead of Milky Way. And have never seen a Chunky bar, so got that wrong as well.

I wonder what justice they obstructed?

Even if you dislike Howard Stern, you can't be serious to suggest that movie studios not give him early screeners. He is one of the biggest/wealthiest/well know people in the entertainment industry. I haven't listened to one show of his since he went to satellite, but still know from the old terrestrial days that

or going to italy and eating at the olive garden.

weird that they made and are actually wide-releasing a fucking comedy movie based on this incident:

What is your definition of net neutrality, if you think that this issue is unrelated?

The iphone isn't a 4G phone, so he isn't getting 4G speeds from an iphone. He didn't specifically mention that he has an iphone though, so maybe he has a thunderbolt/charge/revolution....
