Oh I'm way ahead of you, got both!

Relationships. He thought women were the problem and I pointed out his attitude was.

What in the world could you have possibly been discussing with a man (with anyone!) who does not view women as human beings?

Ghost hugs are the best hugs. :)

Except for lesbians. I have a butch lesbian friend who uses females and it's sooo weird.

ROFL! I wish I knew you so I could give you a hug for that response. Aw, heck, here's a virtual one for you...

Similar to "homosexuals" - fake science used to pathologize people who don't populate the academy of white, cis, heterosexual, men.

MY OPINION IS FACT

Like, they're acting like these things they have supposedly observed about women are the result of biological essentialism.

Well, your experience counters the theory offered here: That using "females" is a sexist attempt to strip women of their subjectivity.

It sounds so beautiful that way, and only that way .

"Watch as the female rolls her eyes at the errant fuckboy."

I'm not sure I have enough for all of them....

Seriously, the only time I want to hear the word female is in a nature documentary. For example, "After coitus the female of the species devours the her mate." That sounds just fine.

"As Nigatu and Clayton note—we almost never refer to men as "males" in this way."
