I still prefer it to a Highlander or a Pilot. At least with the CX9 I didn’t feel like I was in a soul crushing machine.

I still have 2 of the 4, and I 100% miss my 04 6i hatch with a 5 speed. That thing was great. The 96 Miata and my 2015 3 are still rolling. The 3 has been a tough little bugger. Not fast by any stretch, but it took a sheet of plywood through the front air dam and survived with minimal damage. I’ve been tempted to…
Mazda’s margins are razor thin right now. They lost a ton of money recently and need to get their foothold back. They sell a good amount of CX-5s and 3's, but they need to have a few more winners. Gotta sell those bread and butter vehicles if you want goofy oddball fun cars to come out too.
I’m on Mazda #4. #5 will probably happen in the next 3 years once either my 3 or our Outback gives up the ghost.
So much salt, so much open wound. I’d buy a 6 wagon tomorrow should mazda choose to grace us with one.
Miata owner in the cold region that the orignal poster inhabits. I agree with Ms. Stef. I would not want to daily this thing up here even on snow tires. On proper snow tires they drive surprisingly well in the snow, but it isn’t exactly an experiece you would want to subject yourself to on a daily basis. Driving a…
Busey gonna Busey. I can’t speak for him.
This sounds strangely familiar. CT resident?
I’ve seen worse, but YIKES.
Interesting vehicle on the prowl in the background there.
Even better!
Please be real please be real please be real. These Rivian vehicle renders do it for me. As I said with the truck yesterday, it’s like someone from 1988 was sketching what they’d think a car in 2020 would look like... AND I LOVE IT
Ah. That one flew over my head. Carry on good sir.
Relevancy, your honor?
You can also cancel your subscription to Turn Signals monthly. It’s a shame, their opinion piece on signaling in a roundabout this month is absolutely superb.
I would be all in if the mods were reliability upgrades and such, but this thing is wrung out. Hard pass.
I have questions about the lead photo. Can I really get 13 pounds of garbage bags for $13? That’s a staggeringly good price.
Hot take:
I saw that. Baltimore makes the Allison A1000 tranny (for the Duramax Diesel trucks) and electric motors. The Warren plant makes primarily sedan transmissions (Impala, Volt, Malibu, XTS, Lacrosse) and a tranny for the Acadia. If Detroit/Hamtram is closing, the Lacrosse/XTS/Volt consume a lot of products from Warren…
No, but GM is closing the plant. Trump isn’t. Now if they are angry about jobs not returning to Ohio, and they put stock in his promises, I 100% agree the anger is warranted.
