Well now I can’t unsee that. Good work sir.

I’m not a cruel man, no matter what my liar high school shop teacher said in that stupid arraignment.

Crap you are right. I forgot the convertible versions of both of those existed, and they are both built in the USA.

The Cascada is built in Poland, so I would imagine that would likely fall under the tariff as well.

It amazes me that there aren’t more.... Incidents.... at the Pikes Peak Hillclimb. Hill climbs on courses like this ratchet up the need to turn off the part of your brain that says “I shouldn’t be going this fast on a road like this.”

I know what you mean about getting the exhaust flames just right. Back when the Speedsource RX8's roamed the land during Grand Am races, it became a fun game to try and get good shots of them shooting flames.

It is hard to find these in any condition, much less presentable condition as this example seems to be.

The radio was a dead giveaway. I own a newer Mazda, and that’s the same radio they put in the base model 3. The touring and above have the screen (as mine does). I figured the low end one is what they’d throw in the lower 124s (not sure about the Miata) as well.

This thing is a BASE BASE BASE model. I’ve seen similarly equipped ones in the 22-23 range around here new. I would be hard pressed not to spend another 3 grand on an un-farted in model.

I’ve never looked at a Rogue long enough to notice this..... Now I can’t unsee it.

I disagree on the usable space part. The tailgate of the TourX is quite large. I’ve got a ‘13 outback in my fleet and the TourX looked larger.

I would think the Regal TourX would be a direct competitor to this vehicle as well, and priced to undercut it. Personally, I’d rather have the Buick.

Is that LongVoyager’s van?

My favorite part of the ad:

I would completely have no problem with being chauffeured in a Maybach Thunderlamprey, especially if it were a Laundaulet.

That made me laugh unreasonably hard. Well done sir.

So this is what Adderall looks like in print form.

Sadly the consumer got bitten by the convenience fee. She wanted the car gone, and she got rid of it. It “cost” her nothing to dispose of the unwanted vehicle. She didn’t want to sell the car herself or donate it, and she paid for the ability to sign a piece of paper and walk away.

it bothers me that the target lap time is slower than what currently exists.

These things were surprisingly durable. They may not have been terribly exciting, nor were they drop dead gorgeous, but there are a ton of them still rolling with an obscene amount of miles on them. For a 00's midsize sedan, that’s about all you can ask for. Hyundai nailed it.
