My business as usual is watching Le Mans every year.

Isn’t that pretty much what cricket is?

It varies by state, especially when it comes to no fault states etc.

I think alcohol would be included in that too, but I think you would be correct. Overdoses technically aren’t intentional.

Their yearly pancake breakfast will never be the same.

On the plus side, rebuilding a rotary engine can be a great deal easier than rebuilding a traditional piston engine, as long as the eccentric shaft isn’t completely screwed and the center irons aren’t mangled. There are FAR less moving parts on a dorito spinner.

Torch’s tastes and mine are creepily aligning lately.... I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing!

The company that hit me was in a messy merger with another company, and most everyone I still knew there left.

You can outrun the motor, but you can’t outrun the Motorola........ and a few well placed spike strips.

Dating myself a bit, but I had a similar experience in high school. The kid with the parking spot next to me my senior year had a new e39 M5. Me? I parked a 1985 Chevy Cavalier with a busted radio and a boombox in the back seat next to that M5.

I would have preferred not being in the building. I went into the office 1 day a week because it was an hour and a half from my house and I was a remote employee. I spent more time in the car than I did in the office that morning.

Up here in the Northeast (at least in the areas where wiping your ass with $100 bills isn’t common) the default first car is whatever Camry or Accord is still running and cheapest on craigslist.

Is it ok to root for someone to get involved in a second ponzi scheme and lose their remaining money, forcing them to sell an MLB franchise? Asking for a friend.

I wonder if he’s related to famed MLB journeyman and former Royals 1st base coach Rusty Kuntz.

I’m not entirely sure about that. I was extraordinarily angry within moments of leaving the building when I got laid off. I think my view of the situation didn’t change in the now 5 years that have passed since that day.

I feel like rooting for Toyota at this year’s race is like sitting at a blackjack table in the casino and cheering for the dealer. It just feels dirty and wrong.

Those side graphics are absolutely amazing.

Hey now.. That’s Malaise era American fit and finish right there. Are you saying all cars of that era suffer from quality iss............

I’m picturing the board room conversation where they determined where on the map the cars should go.

Fitting that the Grand Am seems to be hovering over the rust belt of Northern NY.
