Yeah, I know some parts by heart now. Only 1 of those times did I actually play the DLC. Another 2 while traveling. I’m on my ninth playthrough now, trying to 100% it on Death March. Currently helping Triss then it’s off to Skellige.

They probably don’t want to waste time and energy on negotiating the licences for more games and 30 games is pretty good for a $60 device. You get the retro miniature console to decorate your room for free.

I don’t get it either man. Deleted it within like 2 days of messing around with it. I could understand if there was something to actually DO in the game besides make a swipe animation with your finger every once in a while, but that’s literally it. You can’t level up your pokemon, you can’t battle your friends, can’t…

Any chance they could enjoy things while *not* mobbing public places obliviously staring at their phones?

It really is sad that it took a mediocre mobile game to get people to care about Pokemon again.

While racism is absolutely a nationwide issue, I’d argue that this game is bringing people of different races and colors together.

I don’t think the point is “this is a Pokemon Go specific thing” but rather “oh, look, yet another thing for POC to worry about doing in public”.

OK, I can't relate to what it's like being black, because I am not. But this just seems crazy to me. If fellow citizens are afraid to play Pokémon, there's something wrong with that. Not sure what I am trying to get across, either this is an exaggeration or I am seriously underestimating what black people feel afraid…

Agreed. He’s not saying Pokemon Go is bad or wrong, he’s just pointing out that loitering and wandering around with your phone like a creeper is more dangerous for a black person than a white person.

Not sure why, but I’ve always thought of this guy as the Willy Wonka of games. I wonder who will take over for him once he is done with the industry, or god forbid, passes away?

I always wonder with games that have such a huge following if the owners would ever turn over the rights to people to host there own server and keep the game alive if the fans wished to do so.
