First of all, it's beta so the textures are 1/4 of the original size to keep the filesize low. Secondly, the LPC was built having 4 Titans. That doesn't mean that Titanfall requires 4 Titans. As far as I know, those are 4 monitors, so it's safe to assume that they only need two video cards.
